Return Policy

 

We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us. Your satisfaction is always our first priority. CONTACT US here: support@ma-zi.com to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return.


Our Return Policy is as follows:

  •  Our policy lasts seven (7) business days. If seven (7) business days have gone by from the date you receive the items , unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
  •  We only offer refund if the items are defective or damaged or in case the received order is wrong from our company faulte.
  •  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in exactly the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The original bag and tag should be intact , not be damaged.
  •  We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking & communicate with us first.
  •  To complete your return, we require a receipt of purchase. We do not accept your return without the receipt of purchase.
  •  The return process usually takes 4-7 working days from the moment we receive the return to our company. This is because all returns go through a quality control process.
  •  Please note the following items can not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons: Swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, mask, accessories and shoes.
  •  Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
  •  The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
  •  We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost unless a mistake is made by our company.
  •  For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
  •  Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 48 hours with Paypal and 7-15 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.
  •  Before you make your purchase, make sure to check out this list of non-refundable items:


Returns postmarked after 7 business days of the delivery date
Any items marked “ Sale”
Damaged, washed, worn or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup,
smoke, perfume and/or stains
Swimwear, Swimsuits
Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, lingerie, hair accessories, bodysuits
and beauty products
Jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, etc.)
mask, accessories and shoes.


Unfortunately, we can not issue a refund and/or send your items back if any items listed above are returned to us.

MISSED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES
While we strive to provide the highest level of service, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address details are provided for your order. We can not accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided. All orders that are returned to sender (MA-ZI) due to incorrect information supplied by the customer (incorrect or incomplete address) will be processed as a normal return and issued store credit.

HOW TO MEASURE.

1: Bust 

Measure under the arms at the fullest point around the bust horizontally.

2: Bra

Measure under the bust area.

3: Waist

Measure around the natural waistline.

4: Hips

With the feet together measure the fullest part.

5: Inside Leg

In are feet take the measurement from the inside leg and measure down the inside leg to the floor.
